🥦 Mix Veg Navratan Kurma in White Gravy
Description: A Mughlai-style rich and fruity vegetable curry with creamy white gravy, nuts, and pineapple.
🧄 Ingredients:

Boiled vegetables: carrot, cauliflower, beans, peas – 2 cups total

Pineapple cubes – ¼ cup

Apple (diced) – ¼ cup (optional)

Cashew nuts – 1 tbsp (lightly fried)

Raisins – 1 tsp

Cream – ¼ cup

Sugar – ½ tsp

Salt – to taste

White Gravy Base – ¾ cup
👨🍳 Method:

Blanch or steam vegetables till just cooked.

Heat white gravy in a pan, add salt and white pepper.

Add vegetables, pineapple, apple, cashew, and raisins.

Simmer 3–4 minutes, stir in cream and sugar.

Adjust thickness using milk or water.
Garnish: Pomegranate seeds and fried nuts.
Serve with: Kashmiri pulao, butter naan.
